Delicious honey Dijon corn that’s easy and amazingly delicious!
Ingredients
Directions
If you are like me and have a garden that is producing an abundance of corn, then you might be looking for an easy delicious recipe to put that corn to good use. Or if you just want a tasty corn recipe, you are in the right place too! This recipe can also be used with canned corn. This is an easy recipe and one of my favorite ways to eat corn, as it so incredibly good!
Husk corn and wash off any corn silk fibers.
Carefully cut the corn off of the cob, using a stable work surface so that the cob doesn't slip. Make sure you use a sharp knife; a dull knife is more dangerous because they require more force and can slip. Use a gentle sawing motion, staying close to the cob to get all the kernels.
Once corn is cut off of the cob, heat a medium skillet on medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, allowing it to melt. Next add in the corn sautéing for 4-5 minutes. Add in the remaining butter continuing to sauté.
Next add in Dijon Mustard and honey, stirring until everything is coated and creamy and corn is cooked, approximately 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy!
